Chen Chin Lam has as background in business and engineering. He is currently the General Manager of the Engineering Business Cluster at EM Engineering since 2017 and his responsibilities extend to overseeing the procurement and quality assurance aspects within EM Services.

Throughout his tenure, he has demonstrated strong leadership and strategic management skills, driving the success of the engineering business cluster.

He earned a Master and Bachelor’s degree in Business and Engineering respectively.
