Lee Meng Boon, currently serving as the General Manager of the Operations Command Centre at EM Engineering, brings a wealth of experience in operations management, underpinning his role in driving operational excellence. His journey within EM Engineering includes a previous stint as Deputy General Manager, highlighting his commitment to the company’s growth.
Before joining EM Engineering, Meng Boon served as the Director of Operations and Strategic Procurement at C&W Services, contributing significantly to operational efficiency and strategic procurement. Beginning as the Head of Branch at the Industrial Engineering / Human Performance Laboratory in MINDEF in 1984, Meng Boon has held pivotal roles in various organisations, including China Healthcare, the National Library Board, the Institute of Mental Health, Global Airfreight International, and ST Logistics.
An alumnus of the National University of Singapore, Meng Boon earned a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical in 1984, followed by a Master of Science in Industrial Engineering in 1989. Beyond his professional commitments, he maintains an active lifestyle, participating weekly in social soccer.
